Quantum Branching

In the many-worlds view of physics, every choice creates a new branch of reality, each decision sending us down a different path while other possibilities continue elsewhere. Every branch still exists, but only one is lived. Perhaps repentance is how we return to an old branch—how we step back to the moment before things went wrong, not to erase it, but to begin again with greater understanding.
